What Is Rack Manifold Integration?_

It aligns supply and return manifolds with server or tray inlets so that each GPU receives coolant in a closed loop. The process occurs after rack frame erection but before final networking and power-up. Proper integration maintains flow paths separate from the copper NVLink domain and the fiber scale-out fabric.

Technical Details

Manifolds mount to rack side rails or rear vertical channels using brackets supplied with the rack. Quick-connect fittings on the manifold mate with corresponding fittings on each GPU tray; these are push-pull connectors that require no torque screws. Leak checks and flow verification follow connection and precede electrical commissioning.

How Leviathan Systems Works with Rack Manifold Integration

Field crews perform rack manifold integration as part of liquid-cooling installation on H100 and GB200 NVL72 deployments, routing manifolds alongside structured cabling runs before CDU tie-in.
