NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip Infrastructure & Deployment_
CPU+GPU unified architecture with NVLink-C2C interconnect. The ARM-based Grace CPU paired with Hopper GPU eliminates the PCIe bottleneck between processor and accelerator.
What Is the NVIDIA GH200?_
The NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip combines NVIDIA's 72-core ARM-based Grace CPU with the Hopper H100 GPU on a single module, connected via NVLink-C2C at 900 GB/s. This eliminates the traditional PCIe bottleneck between CPU and GPU.
The unified memory architecture allows the CPU and GPU to share a coherent memory space, making the GH200 particularly suited for workloads with large memory footprints that exceed GPU memory alone, such as recommendation systems and graph neural networks.
