Physical installation and planning services require a separately accepted written agreement. The document set is determined by the engagement, its scope and the customer’s requirements.
An executed project agreement governs the relevant services. Website policies do not change its scope, warranties, liability terms or other negotiated provisions.
The overview below identifies issues to address during contracting; it is not an offer, a standard-form services agreement or a representation that every document is required for every engagement. The accepted engagement documents determine their own order of precedence. A confidentiality agreement alone does not authorize services or site access.

We support data center projects across the United States, subject to project scope, site requirements and team availability.
