NVIDIA H100 GPU Infrastructure & Deployment_
Our most widely deployed platform. The NVIDIA H100 is the workhorse of modern AI training infrastructure, with the deepest ecosystem support and the broadest deployment base.
What Is the NVIDIA H100?_
The NVIDIA H100, based on the Hopper architecture, is the most widely deployed GPU for AI training and inference workloads. With 80 GB of HBM3 memory and NVLink 4.0 interconnect, it delivers the performance foundation for large language model training at scale.
Available in both air-cooled and direct liquid cooled configurations, the H100 fits into standard data center infrastructure while supporting high-density deployments via DGX and HGX form factors. Leviathan Systems has deployed more H100 racks than any other platform.
Technical Specifications_
| Specification | H100 |
|---|---|
| Architecture | Hopper |
| GPU Memory | 80 GB HBM3 |
| TDP | 700W |
| Interconnect | NVLink 4.0, InfiniBand NDR |
| Networking | 400GbE |
| Cooling | Air or Direct Liquid Cooling |
| Platform | DGX H100, HGX H100 |
| Power per Rack | ~10-15 kW (8-GPU tray) |
Deployment Considerations_
Standard 208V/30A circuits are sufficient for most H100 configurations at 10-15 kW per rack. High-density deployments may require upgraded power feeds.
400GbE networking with InfiniBand NDR fabric. OM4 fiber with MPO/MTP trunking for spine-leaf architecture.
Air cooling is viable for standard H100 deployments. Direct liquid cooling is available and recommended for higher density configurations.
