What Is Acceptance Testing?_
Acceptance Testing involves a series of predefined tests to confirm that the hardware, cabling, cooling, and networking function as intended under load. It typically includes burn-in runs, connectivity checks, and thermal validation to catch latent defects. Successful completion triggers sign-off from both the deployment team and the customer.
Technical Details
Tests are executed against a documented acceptance plan that covers GPU compute, NVLink spine integrity, and scale-out network throughput. Liquid cooling loops are pressure-tested and flow-verified per OEM spec before power-on. All test results are logged and compared against baseline metrics provided by the hardware vendor.
How Leviathan Systems Works with Acceptance Testing
In our field work, Acceptance Testing is the final gate before a rack row is declared production-ready, often involving a multi-day stress run with customer representatives present. We coordinate with the commissioning lead to ensure all structured cabling and GPU networking links pass validation.
