What Is Vertical Cooling Manifold?_
It runs the height of the rack and provides connection points at each server position. Coolant reaches the manifold from a coolant distribution unit or facility loop and returns after absorbing heat from cold plates on GPUs and other components. The design keeps supply and return paths separate to maintain flow direction and temperature differential.
Technical Details
The vertical arrangement provides identified supply and return connections at equipment positions. The actual manifold design determines its capacity, materials, mating parts and service provisions. A vertical form factor does not establish a no-torque connection, universal isolation method or permission to handle an operating liquid system.
How Leviathan Systems Works with Vertical Cooling Manifold
The customer and OEM appoint qualified parties for the applicable cooling-system work and its acceptance. Leviathan does not install, connect, test, commission or maintain liquid systems. Any separately agreed physical IT installation or cabling work retains its own authorized scope and handoff.
