What Is Manifold Flow Balancing?_
Supply and return manifolds connect liquid paths serving the equipment. Balancing concerns the distribution required by the actual branch and system design. The intended flows need not be inferred as equal merely because branches share a manifold; topology and component resistance affect the distribution.
Technical Details
An overall flow divided by the number of branches is an arithmetic average, not an established target for each branch. The applicable OEM and appointed cooling specialists define branch requirements, assessment and any adjustment. This entry gives no valve-setting sequence, instrumentation method, permanent setting or lifetime-maintenance assumption.
How Leviathan Systems Works with Manifold Flow Balancing
The customer and OEM appoint qualified parties for the applicable cooling-system work and its acceptance. Leviathan does not install, connect, test, commission or maintain liquid systems. Any separately agreed physical IT installation or cabling work retains its own authorized scope and handoff.
