What Is Coolant Leak Test Sign-Off?_
The sign-off follows pressurization of the cooling loops and observation for pressure loss or external moisture at joints and components. It serves as a required gate in the testing sequence to confirm system integrity prior to power application or fluid circulation under load. The process applies to closed-loop liquid cooling installations in high-density GPU racks.
Technical Details
Pressure is applied according to the OEM spec using the designated test medium and hold interval. Inspection covers quick-connect fittings, manifold interfaces, cold-plate seals, and all accessible tubing runs. Any pressure decay or visible indication requires isolation of the affected segment, corrective action, and full retest. Records capture start and end pressures, duration, ambient conditions, and technician sign-off.
How Leviathan Systems Works with Coolant Leak Test Sign-Off
Leviathan crews perform this step after rack mechanical assembly and liquid loop fill but before GPU installation or networking bring-up on liquid-cooled rack-scale deployments. It appears as a mandatory checkpoint in the field commissioning sequence for liquid-cooled systems.
