What Is GPU Stress Validation?_
It exercises compute units, memory subsystems, and interconnects while monitoring for errors, thermal excursions, and power-delivery anomalies. The process occurs after mechanical assembly, cooling-loop fill, and initial power-on but before handover to production traffic. Validation runs continue until repeatable pass criteria are met across the full GPU population in the rack.
Technical Details
Workloads target simultaneous use of all GPUs in the rack configuration to surface any imbalance in power or cooling distribution. Telemetry streams capture GPU utilization, memory error counters, and link status for the duration of each test phase. Failures trigger isolation of the affected tray or node followed by retest after corrective action.
How Leviathan Systems Works with GPU Stress Validation
Field crews execute GPU stress validation as the final step in commissioning after rack integration, liquid-cooling verification, and copper NVLink spine continuity checks.
