What Is Deionized Water Coolant?_
Deionization removes dissolved ions from water and can lower its electrical conductivity. This does not make a water-based coolant suitable for contact with energized electronics or establish corrosion protection. The actual fluid formulation and its compatibility with the complete cooling system require the applicable manufacturer approval.
Technical Details
Water can acquire dissolved ions from materials and contamination. A conductivity value describes the identified fluid under its measurement conditions; it is not an electrical-isolation or leak-safety approval. The appointed equipment and cooling specialists define the permitted fluid, monitoring and servicing requirements. No filling, venting, connector or testing procedure is supplied here.
How Leviathan Systems Works with Deionized Water Coolant
The customer and OEM appoint qualified parties for the applicable cooling-system work and its acceptance. Leviathan does not install, connect, test, commission or maintain liquid systems. Any separately agreed physical IT installation or cabling work retains its own authorized scope and handoff.
