Dell is one of the largest OEM partners in the NVIDIA GPU ecosystem. Dell designs and manufactures GPU-optimized server platforms that integrate NVIDIA HGX baseboards, GPUs, networking, and storage into enterprise-grade server chassis. Leviathan deploys Dell GPU server infrastructure from bare rack to production-ready.
We do not sell Dell hardware. Our clients procure Dell servers through their own Dell relationships. We handle the physical deployment — assembly, cabling, testing, and commissioning.
What We Deploy_
Dell builds GPU server platforms that range from single-GPU workstation servers to 8-GPU training nodes designed for large-scale AI clusters. These platforms house NVIDIA HGX baseboards with H100, H200, or Blackwell GPUs, along with high-speed networking from Arista or other switch vendors.
Deploying Dell GPU servers involves more than racking a box and plugging it in. Each server requires precise rail installation, placement within the rack according to the cluster topology, power cable routing to redundant PDUs, network cable routing for both management and high-speed data fabrics, NVLink interconnect routing (for multi-GPU nodes), cable management, and POST verification.
For liquid-cooled Dell GPU platforms, the scope expands to include CDU installation, manifold routing, quick-disconnect fitting installation, leak detection, and thermal commissioning.
Our Dell Deployment Scope_
Rack Assembly
Rail installation, server and switch placement, PDU mounting, and cable management. Every component positioned per the Dell reference architecture for optimal airflow and serviceability.
Power Infrastructure
Power cable routing from PDUs to every server. Redundant power connections verified. Power-on and draw validation before full system commissioning.
Network Cabling
High-speed fabric connections from Dell GPU servers to the switching infrastructure. This includes fiber (OM4/OM5), DAC, AOC, and AEC interconnects depending on the switching topology and distance requirements. All cabling to TIA-942 and BICSI standards.
NVLink and InfiniBand
For multi-GPU Dell servers with NVIDIA HGX baseboards, NVLink interconnects must be routed correctly within each node. InfiniBand or high-speed Ethernet connections link nodes across the cluster. Leviathan handles both.
Testing and Commissioning
Every connection tested — fiber via OTDR and insertion loss measurement, copper via category certification. POST verification on every server. Complete documentation package delivered at handoff.
Liquid Cooling
For Dell GPU platforms that require direct liquid cooling, Leviathan handles CDU installation, rack-level manifold routing, quick-disconnect fittings, leak detection, pressure testing, and thermal commissioning.
Cross-Vendor Integration_
Dell GPU servers rarely exist in isolation. A typical deployment combines Dell servers with NVIDIA GPUs and Arista switching — three vendor ecosystems that must work together as a single cluster. Leviathan's cross-vendor deployment experience means we understand how Dell hardware integrates with the broader GPU fabric, not just how to rack a single server.
