The Challenge_

The client required rapid deployment of GB300 NVL72 infrastructure in a purpose-built facility. Each rack draws 120 kW with mandatory liquid cooling, requiring precise coordination between power distribution, cooling infrastructure, and IT equipment installation.

The GB300 NVL72 is NVIDIA's latest Blackwell Ultra platform, with limited deployment experience industry-wide. The project required a team with hands-on GB300 experience and the ability to execute at hyperscale pace without compromising quality.

Our Approach_

Phase 1 — Site Prep & Cabling

Cable tray installation, fiber trunk deployment, and copper runs throughout the facility. All cabling designed for 800GbE InfiniBand XDR fabric with high-count MPO/MTP trunks.

Phase 2 — Rack Integration

GB300 NVL72 rack placement, NVLink 5.0 domain wiring, power cabling, PDU connections, and liquid cooling manifold routing with quick-disconnect fittings.

Phase 3 — Cooling & Testing

CDU connection, pressure testing, leak detection deployment, flow rate verification. OTDR testing of all fiber connections. Copper certification and complete documentation.

Phase 4 — Commissioning

POST verification of all GPU nodes, thermal validation under load, interconnect performance verification, and formal handoff with complete documentation package.
