Field Operations Lead / Site Supervisor

Lead a deployment crew on site — set the pace, hold the quality bar, and keep a GPU build moving safely and cleanly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the on-site crew through rack build, cabling, cooling, and testing
• Run daily plans, MOPs, and safety; keep work on schedule
• Enforce quality (torque, seating, labeling, dressing) and catch issues early
• Interface with the PM, GC, and client site contacts
• Mentor technicians and keep documentation tight

What we're looking for

• Data center or field deployment experience, including leading a crew
• Strong on quality, safety, and site discipline
• Able to travel and run multi-week on-site builds
• Hands-on — you set the standard by doing the work right
• Able to lift ~50 lbs and work full days on your feet
